Je m’appelle Hélène Michel et je suis doula principalement à Bruxelles sous le nom « HalimaDoula ». Je vous accompagne aussi dans le Brabant Wallon et par vidéo. La doula accompagne la personne et/ou le couple qui désire concevoir ou adopter un enfant, la femme enceinte et son entourage proche avant et pendant la grossesse, à l’accouchement et après celui-ci. Quand l’enfant va venir, ou s’il ne viendra pas. Pour la maman, pour le papa, le ou la ou les partenaires. L’accompagnement de la doula est strictement non-médical. Je vous accompagne dans toutes les situations liées au projet de concevoir / adopter un enfant, à la grossesse, l’accouchement, le post-partum (principalement l’allaitement et le sommeil du nourrisson) ainsi que le deuil. Mon travail consiste principalement à ouvrir un espace de discussion non-jugeant où mettre en perspective les situations traversées ainsi que les choix que vous avez ou allez prendre.
